Apium graveolens var. secalinum
A luxuriantly growing herb that even overwinters if the frost is not too severe.
The aromatic, dark green leaves are usually used fresh or dried as a spice and can also be frozen for winter use. In terms of taste, the fine leaves of the cut celery go well with soups or in herbal quark, for example. The plants are easy to care for and can also be cultivated in pots.
Spacing: 20 x 15 cm
[Cultivation: April-Aug; E: Jun-Oct]
